Speaking of culture and transformation, it was exciting to be in Silicon Valley for the NACD Technology Symposium 2 weeks ago (as the governance, risk and ethics "eyes and ears" on a panel on AI, wearables and machine learning) with an all women panel of tech entrepreneurs.
