Business Risk, Crisis & Opportunity in Turbulent Times

Dear Friends,

This month we are pleased to announce a couple of major events - a new summer course I'm teaching at NYU on "Business Risk, Crisis & Opportunity" and participation with my co-author, friend and colleague, technology entrepreneur, Anastassia Lauterbach, in the NACD's Technology Symposium in Silicon Valley in July. Anastassia and I are working on a book on Artificial Intelligence to be published by Praeger Publishers in early 2018 which expands greatly on our article last year for NACD Directorship Magazine "Artificial Intelligence: A Strategic Business and Governance Imperative".

This month we also have a number of articles and interviews on topics ranging from Reputation Risk & Opportunity Governance: a Five Point Blueprint for Boards for NASDAQ to governance and crisis management lessons corporations can learn from (or maybe share with) the current US Administration.
