2018 turned out to be an even more turbulent year globally than 2017. As we close this difficult year, we wish you peace and resilience. May we all be able to speak more optimistically at the end of 2019 as we welcome 2020 than we are able to today.

The thrill (and relief!) of having finished my latest book Gloom to Boom: How Leaders Transform Risk into Resilience and Value now scheduled for publication in spring 2019. It has been a year-long labor of love (and blood, sweat and tears!). Thank you to all my friends and colleagues (and especially my family) who have put up with my endless complaints and tales of woe trying to get this 460 page opus done!
