In early April, GEC Risk conducted two workshops for two groups of senior executives - one on "Ethical Risk and Risk Culture" for chief risk officers from financial institutions, and the other on "Crisis, Leadership & Culture" for chief audit executives at the Institute for Internal Auditors' spring meeting in Philadelphia. Both were highly interactive, educational and different in interesting ways, based primarily on the functions that were represented. Great lessons were learned that will be invaluable for future workshops.
