As we reach the final weeks of 2018, I write my penultimate GEC Risk2Value Newsletter of 2018 with both hope and trepidation - hope because, regardless of your political leanings, we close 2018 with some signs of life in the US political system as more robust checks and balances between the three branches of government seem to be reemerging; trepidation because there are so many signs of global geopolitical and socioeconomic danger that lie ahead as well. There is certainly one thing we can all agree on about our times - they are turbulent and more unpredictable than ever.
Lastly, I'm thrilled to share that I have (finally!) finished writing my new book Gloom to Boom: How Leaders Transform Risk into Resilience and Valueand am literally this week submitting my full manuscript to my publisher, UK-based Routledge. Thanks to all of you who have listened to my endless tales of woe about getting this book done (3 months late - but better late than never!). Gloom to Boom is by far my most complete and elaborate opus ever and I hope it lives up to my and your expectations! Stay tuned for updates on actual publication date and book events in 2019.
Cheers and have a safe and peaceful beginning to the holiday season!
