YOGA, MINDFULNESS, & MEDITATION TRAININGS & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Friends Middle School
Mindfulness Presentation

On January 6, the founders of Holistic Life Foundation had the privilege of leading Friends Middle School in Yoga and mindfulness practices for self-care. HLF looks forward to our continued partnership with the Friends School community!

Beaver Country Day School
Day of Mindfulness

On January 19, the founders of HLF visited Beaver Country Day School in Boston, Massachusetts and led the middle and high school students through mindfulness and meditation practices that they can apply to their every day lives. We greatly enjoyed the experience and look forward to visiting again!  Special thanks to Brooke and Will Muggia for making this happen! (Photo courtesy of Asuman Smith)
City Springs
Mindfulness Training

On January 7, HLF Founders Ali, Atman and Andy took part in the City Springs Elementary/Middle School staff Professional Development Day. "Triple A" (as they are lovingly known at HLF) led the City Springs staff through mindfulness and yoga exercises and showed them techniques for practicing on their own. Teaching others the practice of self-care is how HLF continues to grow its philosophy of breathing love into communities. We look forward to working with City Springs again!
World Peace Game
Holistic Me and Friends School
Students from Robert W. Coleman's Holistic Me After School Program and Friends School have teamed up to take place in John Hunter's World Peace Game.  As you can see by this video the kids have been having a blast.  It is always a great sight to see young people working together peacefully in honor of world peace!
