3 meditation techniques for you to try

We're back!

We're back from our two-week trip to Germany. April sure was a whirlwind of events, but we were enjoying every minute of it! We'll be sure to share with you some photos and stories of our trip in next month's newsletter. In the meantime, you can check out some of the photos here on our Facebook page!

Here's a little hint of what you're about to witness:

Whoever said yoga can't be fun?!?!?

HLF Presents
We'll be hosting Dr. Daniel Siegel next week for a talk on mindfulness & neuroplasticity in health and well-being. Get all the details & RVSP here!

Interested in volunteering with HLF?

Right now, we're looking for an administrative intern who can help us out answering emails, responding to inquiries, and managing our trainings and events. If this sounds like you, or if you know someone who would be a great fit for this role, please let us know by responding to this email.

You can also check out one-time and continuing volunteer opportunities on the Holistic Life Foundation website here.

Like what we're doing?

We're on a mission to reach 5,000 people with our newsletter by the end of this year. Help us by forwarding this email to a friend, making an introduction, or sharing our Facebook page. We are so, so grateful for your support!

Mindful Moment Update

You might remember our Mindful Moment campaign on IndieGoGo last fall. Well, things are going really well! More and more students at Patterson High School are becoming interested in learning about yoga. Lately, we have been doing yoga with students on the mat in the dedicated Mindful Moment room. What makes this program even more amazing is that teachers and staff are opening up and visiting our room more often - there's support for these students from all levels!
