I write from our little town of Arenzano, where we're FINALLY getting a taste of fall, both figuratively (with today's breezes) and literally (this coming weekend, when my family will head to the crisp Piemonte region to indulge in Torino's Slow Food Salone del Gusto and Alba's Fiera del Tartufo). We are so
ready for the mosquitoes to migrate, the muggy nights to give way to chills, and the kitchen to not turn into a sauna when I bake.
Speaking of baking, I'm sending this quick note to let you know that I hope to have my New Jersey kitchen up and running by the second week of November. Please use this handy Google form to reserve your cookies for delivery in November and December,
just in time for the season of indulgence!
All the details can be found at the top of the form but what's key is that for your convenience, your reservation is not final—you may modify or cancel it at any point prior to placing an order. Once the kitchen space is available for my use, you will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation, which will include an invoice that can be directly and securely paid via PayPal.
