SoonerCare Enrollment

Our navigators are eager to canvass more neighborhoods, staff more events, and enroll more individuals in SoonerCare, The Health Marketplace, and SNAP benefits! To date, our navigators have helped over 800 clients enroll in SoonerCare and over 500 clients enroll in SNAP benefits. This work is made fruitful through the relentless passion of our Navigators to help those in need.

ACP Benefit

Recently, the White House announced that several internet providers have created high-speed internet packages for $30 or less, meaning Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) eligible households won't need to pay for their internet out of pocket! To help Tulsa households take advantage of this program Tulsa Responds is continuing to help eligible households apply for up to $75 off their monthly internet bill. Households with incomes at or below 200% of the federal poverty line or those who participate in the majority of government assistance programs are eligible (eg. SoonerCare, SNAP, etc.)

Anyone needing assistance with this benefit should fill out an application on our website

Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP)

Our navigators continue to provide the best customer service possible to help those ERAP applicants requiring rental and utility assistance. To date, we have helped Restore Hope process 2,669 applications, resulting in more than $10M of rental assistance being distributed! To ensure that our clients have a better quality of life in the future, Restore Hope has partnered with the Financial Empowerment Center to help clients develop a financial plan, which includes creating a budget, paying off debt, building credit scores, and more!

Isaiah 58 | Mission Trip Tulsa

August 11-August 14

Isaiah 58 is offering a 4-day mission trip headquartered at the home of Isaiah 58, In His Service, Inc. at 3734 E. Admiral Place.

As part of Mission Trip Tulsa, you'll get to meet many people right here in your own community who are suffering and lacking basic needs. During our time together you will learn about generational poverty, addiction, and mental illness and how through partnership and good care we can be supportive advocates to those in need. Through hearing real-life stories you'll gain a better understanding of how the systems designed to help the poor can often hold them down and what we can do to help. We will share cutting-edge research and programs that will inspire the average pew sitter to become informed compassionate, courageous, and caring life changers!
