THE LAVENDER EFFECT® has experienced a stellar year of growth thanks to dedicated teamwork and community support. During the past twelve months we have evolved from a new grassroots organization to a respected nonprofit serving the LGBTQ community.
We have captured hours of inspiring LGBTQ+A Oral Histories (click on image above for preview). Our LGBTQ History Student Workshops at Models of Pride received top rankings from participants for the 2nd year in a row. And #TodayLGBTQHistory is being followed and shared by thousands using social media. THE LAVENDER EFFECT® team and I are extremely proud of these and other accomplishments, including several entertaining & educational community events in 2013.
