SWEET SWEET KNOWLEDGE

I inhale information. Voraciously, but with intention. More grain bowl than Big Mac - brain fuel for the long haul. And these days, I consume a lot of wit and wisdom through my earbuds.

Which means that while we’re on a bi-weekly schedule (still weird to me!) I’m thinking about podcasts. Gathering questions and insights to explore with you. Plus, of course, getting that just-right, N2S-y mix of hard core geekery, introspection, self-improvement, and a sweet soundtrack. So today, I’m sharing my audio news diet with you.

Here are the podcasts helping me keep up, calm down, and even tune out.

I also get asked a lot about what I read - what’s inspiring me, what sparks new brainwaves. I ran down a list of newsletters I love in our advice show last week. But my best brainwaves come from the smart people around me - here’s what the crew is percolating on right now.

TEXT-BASED BRAIN FUEL

YUM

Lest you think I’m all grain bowls all the time, these tahini-swirl brownies are powering me towards next week, when we're back with a new episode. Subscribe where you get your podcasts and it'll appear magically on Wednesday morning. I chat with Anya Kamenetz about her new book, The Art of Screen Time. Practical advice for parents, kids, and anyone seeking joy in their devices. All of us.

Yours,

Manoush
