Request! Who's with me on collecting scrap wool?
I received a very sympathetic call from one of the volunteers of the nonprofit organization Ready4Life in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. At this moment there is a knitting project with the aim to provide newborn babies and the elderly in the slums of Port Elizabeth with a blanket in times of cold. With the South African winter approaching it can be cold in Port Elizabeth and there is no heating in the huts. Ready4Life supports this project by collecting yarn an knitting them into blankets. The color of the wool is not important.
You can drop off at the scrap wool at 'Recht en Averecht' and we will send it to Ready4Life. Mail us email@example.com to agree if you would like to bring something or drop it off at our new Pop-Up store during opening hours.
Big thanks on behalf of Ready 4 Life!
