A message from our board President
Karen Rosenberg:

Dear members of the Newark Symphony Orchestra community, this year is unlike any other in our 50+ year history. Because of COVID-19, the Newark Symphony’s board, musicians, staff, and Maestro Simeone Tartaglione (now celebrating his tenth year with us) have worked hard to keep all of us safe by offering virtual concerts until this trying time has passed. Our inaugural October 25 virtual concert was rehearsed and performed outdoors and live-streamed not only to our local community but also to listeners as far away as Italy, Romania, the Czech Republic, and California. It was an exciting and moving event.
