Meet RAMSES and MEATRACK
These 2 experiments have been selected by a panel of experts out of 13 applications for the 4th open call for value chain oriented and interdisciplinary technology transfer experiments. RAMSES or Rfid for Advanced Medical SEnSing is a cooperation between the University of Salento, Italy, Poliklinika Bagatin,Serbia, ION Solutions doo, Croatia, and the National Research Council, Italy. The MEATRACK experiment is implementing miniature gas sensors for real time tracking of ‘meat freshness’ in refrigerators to reduce food wastage and health risks for consumers. This project is a collaboration between Aix Marseille University, France, NVISION Systems and Technologies,Spain, Sensing & Control Systems S.L, Spain, and NANOZ S.A.S., France. Read more
Meet SANTO
SANTO is a TTX collaboration between the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain, and KAPITEL D GmbH, Austria, and already well on its way. The project started on 1 April and its aim is to enable low-cost digitisation and self-calibration of mobile tank systems via a one-size-fits-all sensor solution that evolves from the UAM Diesel sensing microsystem technology. Meet ANDREAS
ANDREAS (Artificial intelligence traiNing scheDuler foR disaggrEgAted resource clusterS) aims at addressing two key needs in the market: efficiency for the usage of resources and reduction of power consumption. Today, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Deep Learning (DL) methods are used for a wide range of applications, and supported by several HW and SW platforms. Read more
BLEeper utilizes low-cost water-proof Bluetooth beacons across the target areas (land and on coastal water buoys) that facilitate high-accuracy location tracking services for children equipped with any type of low-cost Bluetooth wearable (e.g. wristbands, life-vests). A pilot system based on more than 10 low-cost Bluetooth beacons has been successfully tested, paving the way for larger setups to be deployed across the beaches of Chania, Crete and Greece. Have a look at the video below.
