After almost three years of restoration work and wrestling with New York City's bureaucracy we have finished refurbishing our turn of the century oven. Now it's the centerpiece of a really cool restaurant we're thrilled to share with you. As many of you know, our team - Dave, Anna, & Joe - has spent the last few years sanding, welding, painting, plumbing, mason-ing, carpentry-ing, and we're finally finished. We love how it turned out and we think you will too!
