Sail Buddy App Displays Wireless Wind Data
Clean, simple interface

Sometimes you just want a few key data points quickly. If so, the new Sail Buddy app for iPhone/iPad may be for you. Sail Buddy is a light-weight sailing app designed to do a few things well. It shows course, speed, and instrument data in a large, easy-to-read format so you don't have to squint while you're on the water. It can log all data, display your routes on a map, or export them to other formats.

If you have
the wireless SailTimer Wind Instrument™, Sail Buddy provides a quick and easy display of wind speed and direction.

Sail Buddy also works with the Apple Watch, so you can leave your iPhone in the cabin and still read the displays hands-free from anywhere on the boat.

The Sail Buddy app can also bring in NMEA depth data on TCP or UDP wifi. That is great if you use the SailTimer Air Link™ to send out wifi from wired NMEA devices for viewing on your iPad or iPhone.

SailTimer Air Link:  Connects wired and wireless devices.

If you have a wired anemometer and want to see the wind conditions on your beautiful new smartphone or tablet, the Air Link can send your NMEA 0183 data on wifi to mobile apps.

Or, if you have our wireless Wind Instrument, the Air Link can receive the Bluetooth transmissions and has wiring terminals to connect to NMEA devices like a GPS chartplotter or autopilot.

It can even let you check temperature and wind conditions on your boat in a web browser from home or office.  $299.99 - full details here.
