Trails Open May 8
Social Distancing in Effect

The local land managers with whom CAMBA works, Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, Sawyer County Forest, Bayfield County Forest and the Hayward Hospital have lifted seasonal trail closures effective Friday, May 8.
Social distancing guidelines are mandatory and posted at all Trailheads. Getting out on the trails is a great way to get some exercise and be outdoors. We anticipate that the trails will be very busy, remember to follow the Rules Of The Trail!
CAMBA Crew logs 160 hours readying trails.

CAMBA volunteers have been out in force over the past two weeks readying the trails, including leaf blowing and clearing blowdowns on almost 100 miles of trail. This effort accelerated the drying of the trails and clears the tread for safe and more pleasant riding. Our awesome intrepid team of volunteers has logged over 160 hours preparing the trails.
We still need to be careful about trail impacts should we receive any significant rainfall. Please use good judgement and discretion when deciding to ride during wet conditions. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Please report any downed trees or other issues on the trails to

The Great CAMBA Truck Raffle is the major fundraising initiative for the year.  We're making progress but we need additional support.  Celebrate the long awaited trail opening.

Consider participating now and then get out and ride!
