XL Project/ Love Them To Life

December Newsletter
As we look back over the year 2015, God's grace and mercy have been so obvious in our personal lives and in the ministry to which He has called us.
  • It is always exciting to see lives that have been deeply impacted by addiction set free to truly live for the first time.  The men of the Colony of Mercy at America's Keswick respond so well to Joe's counseling and encouragement partly because they know he has been where they are but also because they see the transforming power of Jesus Christ in his life. Despite very difficult physical disease, Joe continues to show up and minister as needed at the Colony.
  • It was exciting to have to order a second printing of the book Beside Still Waters and to hear the testimonies of mothers who are learning to find their identity in Christ instead of having it be all about their child in addiction. The book is now available in the Calvary Chapel Philadelphia bookstore and we look forward to further relationship with the Calvary Chapel addictions ministry.
  • There are now 3 Love Them To Life groups meeting in the Ocean County, NJ, area.  We would love to see the number of groups expand throughout the country, as the epidemic of addiction continues to grow exponentially. We are seeing moms learn to make healthy choices regarding their children and to trust God with their child's life, no matter what happens.
  • We continue to do individual counseling/mentoring from our home, both in the area of addiction and also working (Cherri) with women who are in abusive relationships. God doesn't waste anything we go through if we allow Him to have our pain and heal us; it has been a privilege to see what God can do in very difficult situations.

We need your prayer support, as the enemy wants to destroy anything that God is doing, both in our personal lives and in our ministry.

We need your financial support.  All of the donations to XL Project/ Love Them To Life go directly into the ministry expenses, as do the proceeds of the book sales. We are a non-profit organization, so donations will be receipted for tax purposes. We are so grateful for those who support the ministry on a monthly basis as well as those who have made one-time contributions.
