MIXED BERRY CRISP


An easy and delicious recipe to enjoy while the berries are ripe.

3 cups blueberries
2 cups raspberries
1 cup blackberries
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp unbleached flour
1 tsp cinnamon

Mix together and place in an 8x8 baking dish.

1 ¼ cups rolled oats
¼ cup finely chopped hazelnuts or walnuts
¼ cup melted butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp brown sugar
A dash of salt

Mix together and spread on top of berry mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes, or until top is browned and berries are bubbly. Cool before serving.
