Happy New Year 2019!
Welcome to our January E-Newsletter which outlines the special and regularly scheduled events for the upcoming month.

January is the month for new beginnings and resolutions for a happy, healthy life in the new year.  For nine of our readers, this issue marks their first introduction to the events District 23 can offer in their retirement years.  For most our readers, January will provide a return to familiar and favourite activities within North York.

Most of our events (with the exception of the North York Strollers, Cycling and Nordic Pole Walking) are up and running this month and will begin the week of January 7.  We hope you can join us to meet new friends or familiar acquaintances!

The next issue of STONY Bridges  will be published in March, 2019. Submissions should be emailed to: no later than February 15, 2019.

If you would prefer to have an electronic version of STONY Bridges delivered to your home email address, please contact Merv Mascarenhas at: to make the necessary arrangements for your preference.

As always, please note that STONY Bridges provides full details for all District 23 events and the registration forms to participate. If you do not have your current issue handy, it can be located online at our District 23 website  at:
