As we await the results of the 2020 presidential election, I received notification from a web monitoring service that my blog post “Ordinary Miracles: Noticing the Extraordinary in Everyday Experience” has been receiving a lot of hits. If, like me, you are feeling anxious about the future of our nation, I thought I’d rerun it now, because I hope it may have value for you. As the bottom of the blog, you'll also find a yoga practice for cultivating stability, focus and endurance. Click here to read the blog.
Wishing you Resilience for Life,
Additionally, and somewhat other-worldly, my Foobot (an air quality monitor that I use in my office) began displaying a steady blue light last night, which my husband noticed. I didn’t notice it until this morning, but this is not typical. It has two internal lights—orange and blue—that flash during set up, but afterwards, there are no lights displayed unless it’s moved and plugged into a different socket. Even after unplugging and replugging it in several times this morning, it remains a steady blue. I can only hope it’s RBG, with a message from beyond to keep the faith. And so I shall.
