This month I interview Deborah Quilter, author and RSI expert. Deborah believes that when it comes to repetitive strain injuries, the best approach is to avoid them in the first place. With unprecedented numbers of people now working outside of the office—a change likely to continue as the new normal emerges—it becomes even more essential for people to understand functional work habits at home. Poor alignment, bad posture, inadequate seating, and misinformation about what is truly ergonomic all contribute to potential problems, but they can be averted.  Deborah addresses these topics and more, sharing a wealth of strategies you can implement today.
