 Arts scene: Holiday cheer
The days are getting shorter, the nights are getting colder: Christmas festivities are upon us! Here is a list for the best cultural events of the season to get you into the holiday spirit.

At the movies: Christmas double bill - It's a Wonderful Life & Die Hard
Seemingly, the festive classic It’s A Wonderful Life couldn’t be more different to action masterpiece Die Hard. There are some interesting similarities, though. Come see both movies at The Immigrant (Veveří 57) on Sunday, December 20 at 7 pm!

Through Brno: The Christmases I have known
When you live far away from family, Christmas can be great (with new friends from different cultures) or terrible (with no one except a bowl of heavily buttered popcorn and downloaded movies).
