In June it will be one year since the introduction of a new residence permit for foreigners working in the Czech Republic, the so-called Employee Card. A Deloitte lawyer will talk to you about changes it introduced in practice, improvements and problems.
BEC AdHoc: Multicultural fair
Sat, June 20, Park Řehořova, Brno - Černovice, 9 am - 2 pm
This event is about tasting specialities from various countries. There will be a number of local retailers and expats preparing dishes typical for their homelands. For children there will be special competitions and other activities.
 
Expats' voice
Are you proud of your homeland kitchen? Cook for us what you like to eat back home and we will pay the bill. On June 20 there will be a multicultural fair with specialities from foreign countries prepared by local restaurants and expats. We are looking for more expats! Expenses paid by the Brno Expat Centre by agreement. Please contact Kristína at babikova@brnopolis.eu by this Sunday if interested to participate.

The international fireworks festival will take place on the surface of the Brno Dam on June 6, 10, 13 and 17 and conclude with fireworks over the Špilberk Castle on June 20. Pyrotechnical performances (CZE, SLO, IT and FR) will be set to music by Antonín Dvořák recorded by the Czech Philharmonic.
