It's official. The days are getting shorter and the temperature is dropping. It's autumn.

Are we bothered by the gloomy weather? Quite the opposite! We are already looking forward to the holiday season.

Meanwhile we keep ourselves happy and warm with one of our gorgeous new shawls from Nepal.

New collection shawls from a special weaving group in Nepal

They are in, and how! Although many artisans were affected by the earthquakes that hit Nepal earlier this year, the weavers from
Mahila Utthan Pashmina Udhyog, a fairtrade group working with Sana Hastakala, were still able to finish our order.

They outperformed themselves with a collection of extraordinary lightweight pashminas made from the highest, and thus softest, quality cashmere.

They also made some beautiful robust shawls from yak wool combined with raw silk or cotton.
