A Wassailing We Go !
Please join us for Hogacre's annual Wassail!
This weekend, we'll be singing, dancing and making a general racket in our orchard. Wassailers will be led, as last year by our expert master of the Wassail, Tim Healey. Accompanied by Cry Havoc Morris. We'll be noisily blessing our apple trees in hope of abundant crops in the coming year.
There'll be mulled cider, hot soup, a roaring fire, and great music.
Please bring cakes and baked goods to share and any instruments (or anything to make lots of noise to ward off evil spirits),
