Leadership Track Offered Again at the 2018 Annual Conference!

Based on feedback from the inaugural year of the Leadership Track at the annual conference, we are once again offering this opportunity. If you want to grow as a leader and as a person, this workshop is for you. There is pre-work and post-work outside of the conference which ensures continuity of the developmental journey. Our facilitators spend time making this a personal reflection experience and have received positive feedback from year 1 participants.

“The leadership track is an excellent way to revisit the fundamental lean principles, identify an area of focus, and develop a personal improvement challenge using KATA.  The leadership track is designed with partnerships to support personal challenges after the conference is concluded and are a great way to maintain focus on personal challenges.”
Debbie Ulbrich, MA, Administrative Assistant to the Director
Office of Workforce Development and Training
Michigan Department of Health and Human Services

The one-page description of the Leadership Track can be found HERE (click a link) and to meet our facilitators, CLICK HERE. We have limited seating in order to keep this manageable and intimate which we believe was a driving factor for its success in year 1. Cost is $250 (in addition to the conference fee) which includes a Friday four-hour (morning) workshop. We look forward to having you a part of our program!
