We told you the last Quarter of 2014 was going to be a very busy one at The Kinky Apothecary! Here's a quick rundown of all the opportunities to hang with us over the next couple of weeks...

FELABRATION AT FREEDOM PARK

We're huge Fela fans here at Kinky Towers, and most of you will know we're smack bang in the middle of Felabration, a celebration of his birthday. Well we've decided to get involved, so we're setting up camp at Freedom Park (Old Prison Yard, Broad Street, Lagos) from tomorrow (Thursday October 16th) until Sunday (October 19th). If you're heading over to see one of the many tributes to the father of Afrobeat, do make sure you take time out to look for our little stall. We'll be putting on special deals throughout the weekend, so don't miss it!

Locitude at Felabration!

The Locitude Loc Workshop & Stylist Competition also takes place at Freedom Park during Felabration...on Friday October 17th, to be precise! We'll be there...and are sponsoring an all expenses paid trip to Dubai for one lucky winner. If you can only head down one day, let this be it! Details in the flyer above.

BOOTCAMP RETURNS

As you already know, we've very proudly settled into
our two mainland concessions in Surulere and Maryland. To mark the occasion, we're bringing back our bootcamp not once but twice over one weekend: October 25-26th! Registration is free...but necessary to secure your spot as spaces are limited! Click on the following link for more details: http://bit.ly/1nlXYsR
PRODUCT FEATURE

If you haven't tried the Karen's Body Beautiful Sweet Ambrosia Leave-In, you're missing out! It's light enough for fine-hair naturals but moisturises even our coarse strands...and the scents (there are three available) are almost edible! You can
pick up the entire range by calling or emailing to order as usual or stopping into any of our concessions.
Don't forget October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and with The Kinky Apothecary you have the opportunity to shop for a cure. A percentage of all our sales this month are going to Run For A Cure Africa. You can read more about this on our blog, as well as how you can take part in their #31for31 challenge. It's not too late to join in!
Update on Felicia Leatherwood's workshop:

We asked you to save November 8th for Felicia's return to Lagos. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, we have now had to move this date to April 2015. Please watch this space for further information!
