John Muir, Earth-Planet, Universe

Digital Exhibition Launch | Tuesday 10 November, 7-8.15pm (on Zoom)

Please note a Zoom link will be emailed to all registered participants prior to the event.

A collaboration between the Friends of John Muir's Birthplace and Sustaining Dunbar, 'John Muir, Earth-Planet, Universe' is an outdoor exhibition now open at the Dunbar Harbour Battery. Go along to discover:

  • How John Muir changed the world and how he and others have made a difference
  • What local groups are doing to build a stronger community and a better world
  • How you can get involved too

"We want the exhibition to show how climate change is directly linked to wellbeing, prosperity, fairness and a sense of community – for people here in our area of Dunbar and East Linton and for others across the world. We want to explore how to address the challenge of the climate emergency but not to become fixated on the problems, rather to imagine what kind of future we want."
