Category 2 Pilot Project

ATLAS: Anatomical Tracings of Lesions after Stroke (PI: Sook-Lei Liew, PhD)
ATLAS: Anatomical Tracings of Lesions after Stroke brain image and photo of Dr. Leiw
Researchers have compiled, archived and shared one of the largest open-source data sets of brain scans from stroke patients.

The Anatomical Tracings of Lesions after Stroke (ATLAS) dataset is now available for download.

Dr. Sook-Lei Liew is the lead author of recent publication about ATLAS, A large, open source dataset of stroke anatomical brain images and manual lesion segmentations.
