Understanding Cross-Cultural Communication or
Improving Workplace Communication

Many cross-cultural experiences occur in every modern workplace, but sometimes misunderstandings happen. This seminar is for those who would like to improve their cross-cultural communication skills and improve their workplace environment. Judy Duncan (MA in intercultural studies) has enjoyed years of cross-cultural experiences in her own home through hosting a variety of international students, as well as in her work experience as a nurse, and now in her café. Cost: $10/person.
