"Cold Love, an artisanal ice cream brand based in the NCR has successfully raised 2.5 Crores of angel funding. There is an increasing trend of brands offering gourmet products in different food categories across India," says Samir Kuckreja. 
"The Indian Foodservice delivery market was worth 37,440 Crores (5.2 billion dollars) in 2020, and is growing at a rate of 33 per cent per annum. It is expected to touch 93,600 Crores (13 billion dollars) by 2023," says Samir Kuckreja.
