RESPONSE OF MOM - WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR  DEPENDANT'S PASS (DP) HOLDERS

EuroCham would like to share with you the response we have received from the Foreign Workforce Policy department of MOM as a follow up on the joint statement dated 19 March 2021 that EuroCham sent to then-Minister for Manpower Mrs Josephine Teo and the engagement we had on the 8th of April in the presence of multiple European National Business groups. Jean Touboul graduated from ESCP Business School (Paris) and began his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen. He joined Pernod Ricard Group in September 2004 as a Business Analyst & Financial Controller at Pernod Ricard Europe. In 2009, he moved to Moscow where he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Pernod Ricard Eastern Europe before coming back to Pernod Ricard Headquarters in 2011 as Vice President, Financial Communication & Investors Relations. In 2014, he was appointed Managing Director of Pernod Ricard Taiwan. Jean has been Chairman & CEO of Pernod Ricard Korea since 2016.

Webinar: Customs, Trade Facilitation and Rules of Origin in the EU-Singapore FTA
 
19 May - This webinar explored how the EUSFTA provisions on customs, trade facilitation and rules of origin help to ensure that goods produced in the EU and Singapore enjoy facilitated market access. The webinar also touched upon how the various trade facilitation initiatives, implemented by the EU and Singapore authorities at the bilateral and multilateral level, aim at strengthening regional and international supply chains. The webinar included the participation of officials of Singapore Customs and the European Commission (DG TRADE and DG TAXUD).
