Upcoming HEN "What's Up Call" to be Held as Live Webinar on 1/14/2014:

Next week's IHC HEN "What's Up Call" will be held as a live webinar to share the updates and enhancements to the 2014 HEN data measure set and HEN PfP Reporting Database.  For the upcoming year of the HEN, process and outcome measures have been streamlined to focus on high performing metrics that can effect meaningful change.  The webinar will breakdown the various metric changes as well as reporting changes.  IHC will work with IHA and other data sources to pull monthly data from existing data sources to reduce the burden of reporting aligned metrics to multiple places.  The webinar will be recorded and distributed following the live What's Up Call, along with a PDF toolkit of the updated metrics.

The webinar will be held at the regular HEN What's Up call hour of 10:00 am on January 14th, 2014.  Due to limited available lines on the webinar, we ask that multiple staff at one facility listen together. Note: Instead of dialing into the 1-800-882-3610 phone number, please use the following link to register and receive participation instructions:
