We live in a world of change. If people and organizations are going to stay on the cutting edge, they must have a willingness to take risks, fail, try new things and change. Once you have stepped across the line, gotten out of the box and started thinking differently, you will be one of those people who will change. You will appreciate his interactive, humorous, and motivational style. Steve has been referred to as one of the best motivators in the world today.

10th Annual Conference - August 28th
The tenth edition of the annual conference will feature a keynote presentation titled “Repainting the Landscape of Medicine: Achieving Perfection in a Human System” by John Nance, renowned health care and aviation expert, and author of “Why Hospitals Should Fly.” Trying to “zero” human mistakes is a fool’s errand. Minimizing mistakes and then using collegial teams to zero the effect of residual mistakes in the key. Mr. Nance shares his solutions to sustainable high reliability and high quality care in a human system.
Preceding Nance’s keynote is Regina Holliday, founder of The Walking Gallery and the Medical Advocacy Mural Project. As a national patient safety advocate, Regina addresses the health care urgency in empowering the patients in the care episodes by making better use of visuals, social media, and timely access to electronic medical records.
