Population Health
InterProfessional Education: “A Training Ground for Population Health Leaders”. This article by an MPH student shares their clinical experience in an acute care hospital and, how collaborative practice can be a microcosm to deliver the vision of population health needed today. Population health is interprofessional team work between community and private organizations and not just inside healthcare facilities.  By sharing unique experiences and knowledge the health of population can radically change and benefit our communities.
