How our Garden Grows

After a winter of preparation the seeds that were planted using your generous contributions are starting to sprout in many ways. As volunteers keep the grounds, others tend the office planter boxes, and parenting classes continue at Crossroads Center of Hope, work moves slowly forward at the Transitional Housing site.  Our fundraisers add strength to the seeds that have been planted in the hope that our garden will bloom with hope and love producing the fruit of successful new lives through the learning of more skills for better parenting and building a confident attitude for the future.

We need many people to help cultivate our garden. Some will plant seeds, while others will cultivate the soil by supporting our projects throughout the season.  This will allow the garden to grow strong and better with each year.

Please consider how you might be able to help attend our garden of hope and
love by contributing your resources to the efforts of Crossroads Ministry.

HUGS AND THANKS TO YOU

A great big thank you to Lauren Barber, Jenna Rejman, and Sandra Voina, our faithful volunteers, who helped set up the office.  I couldn’t have done it without you!
What Do You See?

I am a visionary so when I look at this picture I don’t see a rundown motel that needs lots of work I see the community it can be.  A place for the many single, at-risk moms and their babies who need a safe place in which to live, a place where unconditional love abounds, and a place where they can become the parent they desire to be.  With God’s blessing, our help, and yours it can be a place of refuge where none currently exists.  Transitional housing where they can live for up to three years until they are ready to step out to a life on their own and have the confidence to succeed.
