Macadamia milk porridge with honey and macadamia whip

New Recipe: This deliciously creamy porridge is easy to make on a cold winter morning and is made even more nutritious by the addition of the macadamia milk and macadamia honey whip. An ideal dairy-free breakfast, it can also be adapted for vegans by replacing the honey with an equal amount of maple syrup, and omitting the honeycomb.

Sweet or Savoury?

Last month we ran a competition asking people to share with us their favourite style of macadamias. We had more than 5,500 responses from every state and territory in Australia. The result was clear; 53% of Aussies selected savoury and 46% sweet (with 1% n/a). The favourite overall was roasted salted macadamias followed by honey roasted macadamias. Thank you so much to all who participated and congratulations to our 20 prize winners.
