Around the County

Here are just a few of the events that have been happening in our County.

3rd Skipton Brownies have had a busy November! They went on their pack holiday last month where their theme was world culture badge. They had a workshop where they made chapatis, tried their hand at Arabic writing, printing Asian material patterns, Bollywood dancing and hens painting. The girls also took part in a game based on Asian culture which ended with the holi festival which was an amazing finale to the weekend.

Pizza Evening For Leaders

Ripon Division held a pizza evening in November and they had 18 existing and new Guiders attend to look at Go, ALQ and DBS, all in one evening. It was a great atmosphere and four new leaders signed up!
