Learn WordPress Workshops has a few videos that are very good to help you with Gutenberg.

The two I just saw were on the big new features to the block editor. One was on Block Patterns. These are pre-built patterns you can use for your pages and customize till the cows come home. The other was on the Block Directory, a new feature that lets you search for a block and seamlessly download it for your use as you're creating a page.

As one who makes WP videos both of these get my seal of approval.
