What is Wellness by Design?

Attend our mini-conference packed with valuable tools and insights to guide you toward a healthier professional and personal life. In its second year, Wellness by Design continues to focus on mental, physical, social, spiritual, and financial health. Presenters will provide real-time, usable tools to help you navigate your busy days toward your goals of a healthier you!

About the presenters

Naomi Bourassa - Returns to get us better acquainted with gentle yoga practice we can do in the office or at home.

Asatta Jones - (AJones Wellness) returns with a twist: she'll interview a few people live for her podcast, What Makes Me Well.

Faith Amon - Owner and creative director of Frecklefoot Creative. Faith now teaches teambuilding and improv workshops to a variety of companies and organizations helping them discover the magic of saying yes! and unearthing of people's potential to have fun while learning.

Amy Lynch - (Healthy Foundation Wellness) shares how spiritual and religious wellbeing can be shared, practiced, and celebrated through creativity.

Ayana Campbell Smith - (Envy Labs) brings her expertise in finance for Millennials to the table, but don't worry, she'll include tips for those of us who aren't in that generation, too.

Alex Perry - A travel blogger by heart and a multimedia designer by skill. Over the past two years, she’s explored a sober curious lifestyle that created the space for her to develop self-care rituals, heal limiting beliefs, and uncover her creative potential.

Helen Montgomery DeBevoise - Studied at Randolph-Macon Woman's College and the University of Alabama receiving degrees in French and Psychology and a special emphasis in business.

Jessica Bott - Her mission is to help people and organizations live their purpose, on purpose. She has happily made her home in The City Beautiful - Orlando, Florida.

Chef Andrew Jones - Will demonstrate healthy snack options. He’s been a private chef since 2016, specializing in local, healthy, organic, nutritional foods.
