More about the Speakers
Renata Glebocki is a winning political strategist and digital marketing specialist. Renata is Chief Operations Officer of You Should Run, where she has built and operated numerous campaign websites and managed social media accounts for clients. She earned her B.A. in political science from Florida Atlantic University, and is currently enrolled in the UCF Master of Science in Management program (MSM). Renata first became involved in politics in 2012 as an Organizing Fellow for President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign. Since then, she has become proficient in web development, NGP VAN management, campaign finance, email marketing, and digital advertising.

Dave Plotkin is an experienced journalist and political communications, strategy, and digital media specialist. He has served members of Congress, the Florida Legislature, local governments, and more than 140 campaigns. He has worked as an art director, digital content editor, columnist, and broadcaster. He founded You Should Run to empower progressive professionals of all backgrounds to run and win elected political office. He earned his B.A. in political science from the University of Central Florida, and has taught at Full Sail University and Rollins College.
