Conference attendees have the opportunity to experience the southeast Colorado landscape first-hand and learn more about how fire, humans, management, and policy are intertwined.

Field Trip Schedule
 
Depart Pueblo Convention Center 8:30 AM  - Tour stops: Beulah Hill Fire, Beulah Valley and SE edge of the Junkins Fire
 
12:00 PM - Lunch at Pueblo Mountain Park Horseshoe Lodge graciously provided by the Mountain Park Environmental Center
 
1:00 pm -  Walking/driving tour of shaded fuel break and other mitigation work in Pueblo Mountain Park
 
3:30 pm -  Return to Pueblo
