We need your support, now more than ever.

Dear Friend of the Arts and Humanities:

“This place is a dream realized!” We recently heard this from a Canton resident. During this time as we celebrate all we are thankful for, we thank YOU for helping us make the dream a reality. Together we have created a place for the community to gather; a place where artists of all ages and abilities can express themselves; a place where physical movement creates healthy bodies and minds; a place for veterans in need of housing and support to call home and a place that has become a destination to celebrate the diversity of our community.

In collaborations with our tenants and volunteers, and despite the challenges of the pandemic, 2021 was a year filled with inclusive programs and events, new partnerships, the historic dorm building opening its doors to local veterans and full operation of the Warehouse, a building which has quickly become an anchor for Cherry Hill Village.

The successes of 2021 have certainly been rewarding; however, the challenges we face are real. During the next twelve months, we must raise at least $200,000 in addition to the rent and program revenue we collect to meet our financial obligations. You have believed in us and our mission and we hope we can count on your continued support.

Your contributions will help us replace the leaking roof at the Veteran’s Dorm, offer inclusive programs and events for the entire community, maintain affordable rents that support the dreams of the artists, offer free art classes for veterans, and provide a place for the community to come together. The arts help us heal through the expression of our experiences and exploring our emotions. The arts help us all understand and relate to each other on so many levels. We hope that you will continue to help us fulfill our mission.

Humbly and with very sincere thanks,

If you are planning to join us this weekend for "Christmas In The Village"...

Wayne County is making some much needed repairs to the bridge on Cherry Hill Rd. out in front of our campus. Until the middle of December, Cherry Hill Rd. is one way going east bound.

"Christmas In The Village" Dec. 4th from 4pm-8pm and the 5th from 3pm-6pm

If you are coming from the north: take Ford Rd. west to Napier, go south on Napier until it dead ends at Cherry Hill Rd., go east and turn right into our parking lot.

If you are coming from the south: take Geddes to Gotfredson, go north until you get to Cherry Hill Rd., go east until you reach our parking lot and turn right.

If you prefer to not take the detour, there is plenty of public parking in Cherry Hill Village. Park and walk to "Christmas In The Village".

Please visit our web page for more info about "Christmas In The Village": https://villageartsfactory.com/christmas-in-the-village/

We thank you for your continued support.

We couldn't do it without you!
