MASCO Corporate Giving awards the Partnership $15,000

Thank You!

MASCO Corporate Giving has been a long-time supporter of the Partnership for the Arts and Humanities. We are once again humbled and grateful to MASCO for supporting us in our mission to encourage the development of cultural arts and humanities in southeast Michigan and to help our veterans in need.

“This grant is a huge boost to our capital campaign for 2022. We will be using these funds to once again offer free art classes to veterans in Michigan and to help cover our operating costs in 2022.” said the Partnership’s Executive Director, Wendy Harless.

"March" for Mugs

The Partnership has teamed up with the Cherry Hill Potters Guild to offer a unique fundraiser we are calling "March" for Mugs. The Potters Guild has donated their time, materials and creativity to produce these one of a kind handmade cups. There are wine cups, beer steins, mugs and coasters. All are dishwasher and microwave safe. These are one of a kind works of art and going fast! Shipping available in the continental United States (select $20 shipping from items). Or you can pick up your purchase from the Partnership's office in Studio 10 at the Village Arts Factory (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, call 1-734-765-7061 to make other arrangements). So "March" over to our online sales site before they are all gone by clicking here

Come one, Come All

All About Our Open House

The Village Arts Factory will be holding an open house on Sunday, March 27th from 1 pm-4 pm. Learn more about all of the resident artists at the VAF, classes offered, upcoming events, and shows.

"We would really like to thank the community for supporting the Village Arts Factory during these difficult times." said the Partnership's Executive Director, Wendy Harless.
"The arts are a fantastic way for folks to work through all of their thoughts and emotions brought on by the COVID pandemic and the current state of affairs in Ukraine. Everything that we have all experienced over the last two years has been so traumatic and stressful. The arts are not just therapeutic, they are also a way for all of us to relate to each other as a community and to explore our collective experience. We welcome everyone who would like to learn more and support the greater community through kindness and understanding."
We hope to see some familiar friends as well as new faces for this community-wide event.
