Hi <<First Name>>,

Over the last few months we’ve been working hard on lots of exciting projects in a number of new areas. We’re now housing conscientious and responsible property guardians in Henley-on-Thames, Hertfordshire, Manchester and Kent.

As a social enterprise and a different kind of property guardian company, Dot Dot Dot goes beyond just providing empty property security and adds a focus on community building and placemaking. Read more below about what else we’ve been up to and hear from one of our guardians about her volunteering with St. Mungo's.

The annual HOMES UK event kicks off on Wednesday. This year, attendees will be able to hear from over 350 speakers from the sector including talks on placemaking, homelessness and asset management. Several of our employees will be in attendance over the two days, find out what they're looking forward to and book a timeslot to chat with our CEO, Peter, about our unique approach to property guardianship. We hope to see you there!
