Choir

and social gathering in The Peace Shop 12 noon - 2pm Saturday 16 March

Dear <<First Name>> <<Last Name>>,

> Peace Voices choir & social gathering

We are having a small gathering in the Peace Shop on Saturday 10th February. Please join us if you can between 12 noon and 2pm to find out more about our current campaigns. We will have tea & coffee and nibbles, but please feel free to bring snacks & drinks to share. Our Peace Voices choir will be running through some songs in readiness for some upcoming events - new voices always welcome!

> Annual General Meeting

We are planning to hold our AGM on Thursday 25 April in the evening. Exact times and venue are still to be confirmed but please hold the date! We are hoping to have a guest speaker from CND's national "Global dangers" tour (click here for more details). Full details will be sent out soon once we've confirmed the venue. Please consider standing for election to Exeter CND Council - we are always looking for more people to get involved.

> Membership
If you haven't already, please renew your membership of Exeter CND for 2019 - or increase your standing order if you can afford to. You can click here to open a membership form which you can print off and complete, and return to the Peace Shop address (at the foot of this email and also on the form itself) together with a cheque made payable to "Exeter CND".

> Volunteers
We are always looking for more volunteers to help us keep the Peace Shop open. If you are able to spare some time, even on an occasional basis, please do get in touch with Gillian Harbord who organises the Shop Rota: telephone 01392 256878.

Don't forget that we now have an online shop! You can choose from a selection of t-shirts, fitted tops & hoodies (in various sizes from kids to XXL and several different colours too), tea-towels and shopping bags, all printed with our Exeter CND symbol on the front.

Made from 100% organic cotton or super-soft material made from bamboo, produced in an ethically accredited, wind-powered factory in the UK. Each item is printed to order just for you.

Follow the link to the online shop from

or click the image above and help support us raising funds for campaigning!

Our hand-knitted Jeremy Corbyn dolls are very popular too - get your very own for just £10.00 from the Peace Shop or on one of our stalls.
In addition to our range of CND badges, t-shirts, toys, books, bird-boxes and other goods, we now have our own Exeter CND mugs and these handy bags made from sustainable jute. The bags are 30cm square and 20cm deep so plenty of room for your shopping. They can also take A4 folders and ring-binders so great for students too!. Mugs and bags are just £6.00 each.

All available from the Peace Shop at 31 New Bridge Street, Exeter EX4 3AH. Find us at the bottom of Fore Street in the city centre, just up from the river and across the road from the Hidden Treasure Tea Room.
