Volunteers needed for festival bars this summer - please respond by Mon 23rd April
Dear friends,
Exeter CND has been allocated some places to fill for volunteer bar workers at two festival events in London parks this summer. In return for providing volunteers to work on the bar, Exeter CND receives much-needed funds for our campaigning work. As neither events are camping events, Workers Beer Company will provide you with hostel accommodation. They usually provide coach travel from Bristol but travel details will be clarified nearer the time. Volunteers will work a maximum 7 hour shift each day, with a 30 minute meal break, and receive 1 meal voucher and 2 drinks vouchers for each day. Details of the two events are below:
> Finsbury Park 29th/30th June & 1st July
You'll need to arrive the day before ie Thurs 28th June and leave the day after ie Mon 2nd July.
> Gunnersby Park 13th/14th/15th July
You'll need to be available to arrive on Thurs 12th and leave Mon 16th July.
> Please respond by email no later than noon next Monday 23rd April if you would like to go, as we need to get you registered on the Workers Beer Company system by the deadline. Please email festivals@exetercnd.org
