there will be an informational meeting and community workshop to review the "conceptual vision for the property":  84.5-acres of hillside property converted to 394 duplex/triplex, and single-family homes.

Though the Conejo Creek Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is supposedly ongoing, this letter from the our legal team states it has "no legal basis" 

Thanks to all your efforts and support...it seems we have saved the Conejo Creek farmland from development for now!
