May I Share?

Duke Heller is an oral surgeon with a successful practice in central Ohio. But his real passion is sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with his family and friends. The long-time member of Grace Polaris Church, a Grace Brethren congregation on the north side of Columbus, Ohio (Mike Yoder, lead pastor), his May I Share? ministry is focused on helping others share about Jesus Christ with their family members. Click on the image above to learn more about the urgency of sharing the plan of salvation with those you love.

"The Bible is the most published book of all time," says retired Grace Brethren pastor Don Shoemaker. "Its influence has been powerful in Western culture up to our present day, even if other patterns of thought compete with it as never before." Don, who currently serves as pastor emeritus at Grace Community Church (Steve Williams, senior pastor), Seal Beach, Calif. (where he was senior pastor for 28 years), writes about ten statements from the Bible that have had a great impact on our culture. Click here to find out what they are.

Tim Sprankle, pastor of the Grace Brethren Church in Leesburg, Ind. (and the chair of the GraceConnect/BMH board), reviews Malestrom by Carolyn Custis James on a recent edition of The Cyber-Center for Biblical Studies. After identifying the content of the book, Sprankle discloses what was most helpful to him as a pastor. "The book is an excellent discussion about true biblical manhood and how men today tend to pursue culturally driven macho images," he says.
